Barbecue Meatballs

1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 lbs. hamburger
2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
2 eggs
1 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
2 c. catsup
2 c. brown sugar
½ c. chopped onion

Mix milk, hamburger, oatmeal, eggs, onions, salt, pepper and chili powder. Shape into walnut sized balls. Place in a baking pan one layer deep. Combine catsup, brown sugar and chopped onion. Mix well until sugar is dissolved. Pour over meatballs and bake 45 mins. at 350 degrees. Can freeze leftovers.
