Beef Noodle Soup

Serves 6-8

1 lb. ground beef
½ c. chopped onion
2 cans (14 ½ oz. ea.) Italian stewed tomatoes
2 cans (10 ½ oz. ea.) beef broth
1 can (16 oz.) mixed vegetables, drained
1 tsp. dried oregano
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 c. uncooked med. egg noodles

In a soup kettle, brown beef and onion; drain, add tomatoes, broth, vegetables and seasonings. Bring to a boil; add noodles, reduce heat to medium low. Cover and cook 10-15 mins. or until noodles are done.
