Cappuccino Smoothie

2 T. instant coffee granules or crystals
2 T. hot water
1 pint vanilla ice cream
¼ c. instant chocolate milk mix
1½ c. milk

In a small bowl, mix instant coffee and hot water; stir until dissolved. In blender or food processor, place the coffee mixture and remaining ingredients, cover and blend on med. speed about 20 second or until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses or mugs. Serve immediately.
