Cheesy Potato Casserole

4-5 c. sliced potatoes
½ tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. snipped parsley
1 c. sharp shredded cheese
1 ½ c. crushed cornflakes
2 T. butter
½ tsp. dry mustard
½ tsp. paprika
¼ T. salt

Slice potatoes thin, add garlic, salt, parsley and cheese. Turn mixture into a 1 ½ qt. casserole. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until done.
