Chicken Macaroni Salad

Note: This salad utilizes leftover Costco rotisserie chicken and healthy
Tzatziki rather than Mayonnaise

Costco Chicken (at least 1 c.) diced into ¼ inch cubes
½ lbs. cooked small elbow macaroni
½ c. diced into ¼ in. cubes Vidalia/sweet onion
½ c. diced ¼ in. cubes red or green sweet pepper
½ c. diced into ¼ in. cubes celery
1 c. more or less, Tzatziki
1 squeeze of lemon or lime juice (or both)

Mix chicken, macaroni, onion, sweet pepper and celery in large bowl. Add
Tzatziki in tablespoon-sized portions while tossing salad until consistency is to your liking. Salt and pepper to taste. Add a squeeze of lemon/lime and make final tossing. Cool and serve.
