Cinnamon Raisin Bread
12 frozen dinner roll dough pieces, thawed and cut into 1 in. pieces
1 egg, beaten
Â¾ c. packed light brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Â½ c. raisins
Coat a 9×5 loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large bowl, toss dough pieces with egg; stir in brown sugar and cinnamon – mix well.
Place dough pieces back in bowl and stir in raisins until combined. Spoon mixture into prepared pan and cover with plastic wrap; let rise to top of pan; about 1 Â½ hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove plastic from pan and bake 25-30 mins. or until bread is golden. Let cool 5-10 mins. and remove from pan. Slice and serve warm as is or toasted with butter.
