Cinnamon Topped Oatmeal Muffins

1 c. flour
¼ c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1 c. quick oats
½ c. raisins
3 T oil
1 beaten egg
1 c. milk

Topping:
2 T. sugar
2 tsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Sift together, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in oats and raisins. Add oil, egg and milk. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Sprinkle
with the mixed topping. Bake 15 mins. Makes 12 muffins
