Creamy Hot Beef Dip

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
3 oz. dried beef, rinsed & finely chopped
2 T. chopped green pepper
1 ½ T. minced onion
½ tsp. garlic powder
pepper to taste
raw vegetables or crackers

Combine first 7 ingredients in a 1 qt. baking dish. Bake 375 degrees uncovered for 30 mins. or until hot and bubbly. Yield about 2 cups.
