Curried Chicken Salad Sandwiches

2 c. shredded, cooked chicken
1 med. peeled (or unpeeled) apple, chopped
3/4 c. dried cranberries
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery (optional)
1/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)
3/4 c. plain yogurt
2 tsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder

In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Combine yogurt, lime juice and curry powder. Add to chicken mixture and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve on favorite roll or sandwich bread, or on a bed of lettuce.
