Effortless Spinach Salad

Serves 4

8 oz. fresh spinach
½ c. crumbled feta or goat cheese
¼ c. red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 c. craisins
1 T. toasted sliced almonds, optional

Dressing:
½ c. bottled balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
2 T. orange juice
1 tsp. orange zest, optional

Wash and clean spinach. Tear into bite-size pieces. Place into serving bowl.
Add ¼ c. feta and onion, toss to combine. Combine dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Top with craisins and almonds. Serve immediately.
