Favorite Meatloaf

1 lb. lean ground beef
2/3 c. Pet milk
1/3 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. pepper
¼ c. catsup or chili sauce
1 med. onion, diced
4 med. potatoes, diced
4 carrots, sliced

Mix beef, milk, bread crumbs, salt Worcestershire, pepper and catsup together. Place onions, potatoes and carrots in pan, top with meatloaf. You can sprinkle with parsley; cover with foil. Bake 375 degrees for 1 hr. Uncover and bake 10 mins. longer.
