Fire and Ice Nuts
Mix spices together and then beat into egg white (after you've beaten it to the frothy stage.) Fold nuts into egg white and turn onto large baking sheet. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes until nice and roasted, turning once. Remove from oven and separate carefully. When cooled, store in tightly covered container.
Add sugar and spices to frothy egg white, fold in pecan halves and bake for 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Separate carefully after cooling and store in tightly covered container.
