Fresh Apple Cake
2 c. sugar
Cream sugar and eggs. Add oil and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture, blending well. Add apples and nuts until well blended. Pour into a well greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 ¼ hrs.
