1 lb. fresh ground chuck
Line the bottom of a 8x8 glass baking dish with the raw fresh ground chuck (crumbled), place the sliced potatoes on top of meat, sliced carrots, frozen peas, then the sliced onion. Spread golden mushroom soup (undiluted) over the top. Cover with non-stick foil and bake 400 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
