4 skinless chicken breasts, chunked and sprinkled with 1 T. chili powder
Saute in oil. Drain fat. Reduce heat. Add 1 (16 oz. can of oven baked beans, and 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, undrained, 1 T. smokey barbecue sauce, and 1 (14 oz.) can green beans. Simmer till hot through (5-10 mins.)
Spoon mixture into 9x12 baking dish. Prepare 1 box of corn muffin mix and pour on top of mixture, spreading to edges. Bake 400 degrees for 20-25 till topping is golden brown. Remove from oven and brush maple syrup on top.
