Irish Soda Bread
3 c. sifted flour
Sift flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Beat eggs with buttermilk; add melted butter, flour mixture and raisins - mix well. Pour into a greased 5x9 in. pan. Bake 1 hr. at 350 degrees. Allow to cool before slicing.
