Lattice Top Chicken

Serves 4-6

1 can cream of potato soup
1 c. milk
½ tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
1 lb. bag of frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower & carrots)
1 small can French fried onion rings

Combine soup, milk, salt, chicken, vegetables, ½ c. cheese, ½ can onions in 8×12 baking dish. Bake 375 degrees for 20 mins. Unwrap crescent rolls. Separate in 2 rectangles. Press together. Cut each rectangle into strips. Place strips on top of casserole to form lattice. Bake uncovered 15 minutes longer. Top lattice with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 3-5 mins. longer until golden brown.
