Low- Cal Fruit Salad

Serves 12

2 pkgs. sugar free instant lemon pudding
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, in its own juice
1 (16 oz.) can chopped pears in light syrup
1 (10 oz. can) mandarin oranges
2 fresh kiwi, chopped
2 firm bananas, chopped (add right before serving)
1 lg. container Cool Whip, fat free

Combine pineapple w/juice and pudding mixes (dry) in a large bowl. Fold in drained fruit and Cool Whip. Chill for several hours. Serve in pretty glass dishes! Sprinkle some toasted coconut on top when serving if desired.
