Peanut Butter CrissCrosses
1 c. shortening
Cream shortening, vanilla and sugar. Add eggs, beat thoroughly. Stir in peanut butter, then sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Form into tiny balls with palms of hands; place on greased cookie sheet. Press with back of a fork to make crisscross. Dough may be rolled and cut if desired. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 mins. Makes 50-60 small cookies.
