1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. butter, melted
1 c. chopped pecans
graham crackers – enough to cover a 10×15 cookie sheet
Cover your cookie sheet w/foil and grease lightly. Lay the graham crackers on the cookie sheet. They should cover the whole tray. Sprinkle the pecans over the crackers. Heat the butter in a small saucepan until melted. Add the brown sugar and let mixture come to a rolling boil. Cook for 1 min. Pour carefully over the crackers and pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Place whole cookie sheet into the freezer and leave for 1 hr. After 1 hr. is up, break the “bark” into irregular pieces and store in a tightly covered tin.
