Pumpkin Delight

1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter
2 eggs
¾ c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) can Carnation milk
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
¼ c. sugar
¼ c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. dry cake mix

Combine cake mix (reserve 1 c. mix for topping), 1 egg & 1 stick melted butter. Pour into a 9×13 pan. Grease bottom only.

Filling: Mix together ¾ c. sugar, vanilla, Carnation milk, pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin. Pour over cake mix.

Topping: Combine ¼ c. sugar, ¼ c. butter, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 c. dry cake mix. Mix together and sprinkle over top of filling. Bake 60 mins. at 350 degrees.
