Pumpkin Squares

1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin or sweet potatoes
2 c. sugar
1 c. self-rising flour
3 eggs
1 (12 oz.) can Carnation milk
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick melted margarine

Beat pumpkin with mixer until well blended. Add sugar and flour, blending until smooth. Add egg and beat. Add spices and milk. Stir in melted margarine and vanilla. Mix well. Bake in a greased 9×13 pan. Bake 375 for 30-45 minutes or until lightly browned.
