Pumpkin Bread

½ c. shortening
1 c. pumpkin
1/3 c. water
2 eggs
¼ tsp. cloves
¾ tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
½ c. raisins
½ c. pecans
1 2/3 c. flour
1 ½ c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
¾ tsp. salt

Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until moist. Grease & flour a 9x5 in. pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 mins. Makes 1 large or 2 small loaves.
