Raisin Balls

½ c. raisins
½ c. nut butter (can use peanut or almond butter)
1/3 c. dry milk powder
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 T. water

For coating: wheat germ, flaked coconut, minced nuts or sesame seeds (can use wheat germ or coconut)

Place raisins in food processor. Pulse until raisins are coarsely chopped and start sticking together. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Pour chosen coating into shallow dish. Roll teaspoons of mixture into balls and roll balls in coating to cover. Keep refrigerated. Makes about 16.
