Reuben Casserole

1 (16 oz.) pkg. sauerkraut
1 (8 oz.) bag egg noodles
1 (10 ¾ oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 (16 oz.) pkg. mozzarella shredded cheese
1 red onion, chopped
1 ½ c. milk
2 T. prepared mustard
1 lb. kielbasa

Place in casserole dish in layers: egg noodles, sauerkraut, chopped onions and the kielbasa cut into 1 inch pieces. Mix soup, milk and mustard. Pour the creamed sauce over the layers. Spread shredded cheese on top. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
