Salmon Log

8 oz. soft cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) can red salmon
1 T. grated onion
1 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. liquid smoke

Drain salmon well; combine all ingredients well. Chill, shape into a log roll in parsley. Serve with crackers.
