Sauerkraut au Gratin
3 T. flour
Stir flour, salt, pepper, mustard and Worcestershire sauce into melted butter. Slowly add milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. To this, add 1 c. of the cheese and the well-drained sauerkraut; mix well. Pour into a 1 ½ qt. casserole. Mix crumbs with remaining ½ c. cheese; sprinkle over sauerkraut. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 mins.
