Sour Cream Mini Biscuits

1 c. soft butter
1 c. sour cream
2 c. self-rising flour

Cream butter and sour cream till fluffy; gradually mix in flour. Drop by teaspoonful on well greased mini muffin pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 mins. Makes 4 dozen. Serve with apple butter or favorite jelly.
