Squash Cassserole

2 ½ c. diced squash
1 c. diced onion
1 c. diced celery (optional)
2/3 c. margarine
1 ½ c. water
2 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. grated cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 ½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper

Cook first 5 ingredients together for 5 mins. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over mixture. Bake in a 9x13 dish at 350 degrees for 30-35 mins.
