Squash & Tomato Toss

Serves 6

1 med. yellow squash, seeded & thinly sliced
2 onions, quartered & separated into slices
1/3 c. olive oil
2-3 T. Montreal Steak seasoning
2-3 tomatoes, seeded & cut into 1 ½ in. pcs.

Place squash, onions, olive oil on a baking sheet. Toss to coat. Sprinkle evenly with Montreal Steak seasoning. Bake at 425 degree for 30-40 mins. or until tender. Add tomatoes and cook 5 mins. more.
