Stuffed Green Peppers

1 can Campbell’s Spaghetti sauce
1 lg. and 1 med. green pepper OR 3 med. green peppers, washed, cut in half,
lengthwise and seeded.

Mix together:
1 lb. ground beef and ½ c. sausage
¼ c. chopped onion
1 stalk chopped celery
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
dash pepper
¼ c. bread crumbs

Spray 2 qt. casserole dish with Pam. Stuff each green pepper half with meat mixture. Pour spaghetti sauce over all. Cover and bake 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours. Serve with prepared instant rice.
