Sunday Chicken and Stuffing
1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant chicken stuffing mix
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/3 c. milk
1 T. parley flakes
Prepare stuffing according to package directions; soon down the center of a greased 13×9 baking dish. Place chicken around stuffing. Combine soup, milk and parsley; pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 20 mins. Uncover and bake 10-15 mins. longer or until chicken juices run clear.
