Sweet-Sour Cucumber Salad
2 cucumbers, peeled
Slice cucumbers thinly. Slice onions horizontally and separate into rings. Combine vegetables in bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Pour vinegar over all and season with salt and pepper. Allow to marinate for an hour, stirring frequently. If desired and available may also add tomato wedges and green peppers.
