Sweet Potato Casserole

1 (29 oz.) can sweet potatoes
1 egg
½ c. sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ stick melted margarine

Topping:
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 c. brown sugar
½ c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 stick melted margarine

Mash potatoes with milk and salt to taste (optional). Add the egg, sugar, cinnamon and ½ stick melted margarine. Put into a casserole dish. Combine topping mixture. Spread on top of the potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins. uncovered.
