Taco Cups

1 lb. ground beef
1 (1 ¼ oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
½ c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown meat, drain; add seasoning mix, prepared as on package. Pour into an 8×8 dish. Press biscuit onto seasoned meat. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 mins. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 2-3 mins. or until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream and salsa, if desired.
