Taco Cups

1 lb. ground beef
1 (1 ¼ oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
½ c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown meat, drain; add seasoning mix, prepared as on package. Pour into an 8x8 dish. Press biscuit onto seasoned meat. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 mins. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 2-3 mins. or until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream and salsa, if desired.
