Talipia Bake

4 Talipia filets (6 oz. each)
3 T. butter, melted
1 T. mayonnaise (optional)
3 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. salt
½ tsp. dried oregano
1/8 tsp. cumin
½ c. pepper jack cheese, grated

Place Talipia filets in an ungreased 13x9 inch baking dish. In a small bowl, mix together butter, mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder and salt. Spread this mixture over the filets. Mix together the oregano and cumin and sprinkle over top of the filets. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 10-15 mins. or until fish flakes with the fork. Place on serving on plate and top each with some grated pepper jack cheese.
