Uncooked Fruit Cake

1 lb. dates, diced
1 lb. raisins
1 lb. gumdrops, diced
1 lb. mini marshmallows
1 c. half and half
2 lb. shelled pecans, chopped
1 lb. crushed graham crackers
1 tsp. any flavoring

Heat cream; add marshmallows, flavoring and then dates. Dissolve. Pour cream mixture over remaining ingredients. Pack tight in two (2) pyrex loaf pans that have been wettened with cold water and lined with wax paper.
