Vegetable Ham Soup

Serves 5

Ham bone from leftover ham
4-5 c. water
¼ tsp. Dried marjoram leaves
¼ tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
1 sm. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
3 med. carrots, sliced
1 lg. stalk celery, sliced
1 med. onion
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 c. cooked elbow macaroni

Cook ham bone, ham (cut up), water and spices. Cook for 1 hr. covered. Add veggies and cook for an additional 30 mins. Add 1 c. cooked macaroni and the frozen vegetables and cook for another 15 mins. Discard ham bone.
