Vegetarian Cheese Ball

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 T. chopped onion
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine cream cheese, bell pepper, onion and pineapple and shape into a ball. Roll in pecans. Chill. Serve with crackers.
