Waldorf Salad

4 red apples (I like Jonathan) chopped w/ skin on
½ c. dark raisins
1 c. chopped green cabbage (optional)
½ c. large-diced celery
½ c. walnuts, English or black
2/3 c. mayonnaise
½ c. fat free sour cream
2 tsp. sugar (or Splenda)

Mix dressing in a small bowl - mayo, sour cream, and sugar. Pour over all other ingredients combined in a large bowl. Chill well. Serve w/sprig of mint.
