Winter Fruit Salad w/Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing
Serves 12 (1 c.) servings
1 lg. head Romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces (about 10 c.)
In blender or food processor, combine sugar, lemon juice, onion, salt and mustard. Cover and blend well, adding oil slowly in a steady stream. Process until thick and smooth. Add poppy seed. In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients; toss to mix. Pour dressing over salad. Toss to coat.
