Shenandoah falls to N.C. Wesleyan

ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. -- North Carolina Wesleyan clinched at least a share of the USA South Conference title with a 38-28 win over Shenandoah University on Saturday.

It was the Hornets' first double-digit loss this season. Keone Kyle had 31 carries for 182 yards for Shenandoah. Kyle went over 1,000 yards for the season. SU wide receiver Rico Wallace had six receptions for 96 yards. Wallace now has a school record 925 yards receiving for his career.

N.C. Wesleyan had 429 yards of total offense, while the Hornets (1-8, 0-6 USA South) had 425 yards of total offense.
