MADISON -- Host Madison County connected on 10 3-point shots en route to downing Bull Run District rival Central 90-75 in boys basketball action on Monday night.
The Mountaineers' Bobby Ford did the most damage beyond the arc, hitting five 3-pointers to finish with 21 points. Travis Warren hit three 3s to also tally 21 points, while Patrick Roebuck had a pair of 3-pointers among his team-high 24 points.
For Central (4-13, 2-7 Bull Run), Travis Cooper finished with a game-high 25 points. Also for the Falcons, Kolton Poston had 13 points, and Sean Semones and Ricky Neff chipped in 12 points apiece. Semones added six assists.
