Heath Gray threw a complete game shutout to help Rockbridge to a 7-0 victory over New Market in Valley Baseball League action Friday.
The game was called after five innings due to rain.
Gray allowed singles in the first and third and a double in the fourth on his way to his third victory of the summer. He struck out one and did not walk a batter.
Offensively, Cody Dolan paced the Rapids with a 4 for 4 evening that included a home run, two RBI and two runs scored.
Chase Corn and Stephen Crowe also had two hits for the victors.
TJ Kuban had the double for the Rebels.
