• Rakwon White, Strasburg
Running back
The senior led the area with 2,467 yards and 27 touchdowns. He was a first-team all-Bull District selection. White was also a first-team all-Region B selection.
• Taylor Loudan, Sherando
Running back
The senior rushed for 1,550 yards. He also threw for 246 yards, and had 14 catches for 175 yards. He was the Northwestern District Offensive Player of the Year.
• Dayvon Haight, Skyline
Running back
The senior ran for 877 yards and had 10 touchdowns. He also had 10 receptions for 165 yards and one touchdown. He was a first-team all-Northwestern selection.
• Travis Fulgham, MMA
Wide receiver
The junior led the area with 58 receptions for 1,614 yards and 14 touchdowns. Fulgham was a first-team all-Patriot Conference selection. He led the Colonels to a 3-7 mark.
• Chris Larsen, Warren County
