Weather postpones games

Mother Nature has struck again.
Friday's snow caused many postponements of high school games throughout the area. Many of them have been rescheduled for today.
Strasburg's boys basketball game with George Mason will be played tonight with the JV game starting at 6:15 p.m. and the varsity scheduled for 7:45 p.m.
The James Wood at Sherando boys and girls basketball games have been rescheduled for tonight. The girls game will start at 6, with the boys game at 7:30 p.m. The Hedgesville (W.Va.) at Sherando boys basketball game scheduled for today has been canceled.
Central's boys basketball game with Manassas Park has been moved to today at 2:30 p.m. at Central. The school fundraiser basketball game between the Harlem Superstars and Central's "Dream Team" will still be held tonight at 7 p.m. at Central. Tickets are $7 in advance or $8 at the door.
The Wildcat Scramble wrestling tournament at Warren County scheduled for today has been canceled.
The Northwestern District swim meet scheduled for Friday has been moved to Feb. 1 at 7:45 p.m.
Several events from Thursday were also postponed to later dates.
The Skyline at Warren County boys and girls basketball games have been moved to Feb. 2. The girls game will start at 2:30 p.m., while the boys game starts at 6 p.m.
The Stonewall Jackson-Luray boys and girls basketball games have been moved to Monday. The boys will play at Stonewall Jackson at 7 p.m., while the girls play at Luray at 7 p.m.
Central's girls basketball team will also play at Madison County in a makeup game from last week's weather.
