HARRISONBURG -- James Madison University junior outfielder Chad Carroll was named Colonial Athletic Association preseason Co-Player of the Year as announced Friday after a vote of the league's eight head coaches. He shared Player of the Year honors with Towson senior designated hitter Kurt Wertz.
