INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Junior Jaclyn Mohlmann has officially qualified for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field National Championships in selections announced Sunday by the NCAA.
Mohlmann will compete on Thursday and Friday in the heptathlon on the George Gauthier Track on the campus of Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio.
It is a track that Mohlmann is very familiar with as she posted a school record 4518 points in a meet hosted by OWU May 12 and 13.
The seven-event competition begins with the 100 meter high hurdles, high jump, shot put and 200 meters on Thursday and concludes on Friday with the long jump, javelin and 800 meters.
This will be Mohlmann's second trip to the national championships - she qualified for the 2014 indoor championships in the indoor pentathlon.
Mohlmann qualified 14th in the 22-woman competition.
She is the second woman in program history to qualify for the national championships. Amy Smith '12 participated in the 2012 championships in the 3000-meter steeplechase.
Information on live stats and video will be announced next week.
