First Team

Tommy Buono, Sherando

The junior forward finished second on the team with nine goals to go along with five assists this season. Buono was a first team all-Northwestern District selection and a first team all-Conference 21 pick.

Roberto Cardoso Jr., Stonewall

The senior led the Generals in scoring this season and helped lead Stonewall to a 12-8 record and an appearance in the Region 2A East quarterfinals. Cardoso was a first team all-Shenandoah District pick.

Leo Galindez, Stonewall

The senior was a solid defender for the Generals this spring and helped lead Stonewall Jackson to the Region 2A East quarterfinals. Galindez was a first team all-Shenandoah District selection.

Franklin Hernandez, Central

The junior midfielder finished the season with four goals and led the Falcons with 12 assists. Hernandez was a second team all-Bull Run District pick and a first team all-Conference 28 selection.

Nathanael Illsley, SVCA

The senior forward was second on the team with 15 goals last fall, while also contributing 11 assists for the Patriots. Illsley was a VACA first team all-district, all-North Region and all-state selection.

Jonas Jacuinde, Stonewall

The senior provided a solid presence at the midfield position for the Generals, who were 12-8 and reached the regional quarterfinals this past spring. Jacuinde was a first team all-Shenandoah District selection.

Austin Stover, SVCA

The senior led the area with 26 goals and also had 15 assists for the Patriots last fall. Stover was the VACA state player of the year, a NACA All-American and the NACA tournament offensive MVP.

Taishi Ukai, Central

The senior led the Falcons with 17 goals and also contributed five assists. Ukai, a foreign-exchange student from Japan, was a first team all-Bull Run District selection and a first team all-Conference 28 pick.

Andrew Wade, Sherando

The junior midfielder led the Warriors with 11 goals and had a team-high nine assists this season. Wade was a first team all-Northwestern District selection and a first-team all-Conference 21 pick.

Dusty Weir, Skyline

The senior forward led the Hawks with 10 goals this season and also added three assists. Weir was a first team all-Northwestern District selection and a first team all-Conference 28 pick.

Ryan Zerkel, Stonewall

The senior goalkeeper finished as one of the top area leaders in saves and tallied five shutouts for the Generals this spring. Zerkel was a second team all-Shenandoah District selection.

Caleb Golladay, Stonewall

Coach

In his second season as the Generals' head coach, Golladay led Stonewall Jackson to a 12-8 record and an appearance in the Region 2A East quarterfinals.
